Arizona Elk Society 11th Annual Banquet – Saturday March 24th, 2012

Phoenix, AZ  January 17, 2012 – The Arizona Elk Society, Phoenix, Arizona is hard at work gearing up for the 11th Annual Banquet March 24, 2012.

The money raised at the Banquet funds wildlife habitat restoration and improvements across the State of Arizona for the benefit of Elk and other wildlife.

This year the Arizona Elk Society is proud to be auctioning four (4) of the Special Commissioners Big Game Tags.  These include the Commissioners Elk Tag, Commissioners Buffalo Tag, Commissioners Antelope Tag and the Commissioners Turkey Tag.  The season for these tags runs from Aug 15, 2012 to Aug. 14, 2013.  For information on open hunting areas, please see the AZGFD website.  Buying one of these tags is a great opportunity to help Arizona’s Wildlife Management and possibly harvest a great animal.  All the money from the sale of the Commissioners Big Game tags goes to on the ground projects to benefit the species of the tag sold.

Along with the Commissioner Tags, there are some great Big Game Hunts, Loads of Firearms, Trips and auction items rolling in.

If you are interested in purchasing tickets for the Banquet, donating to the AES, looking for information on the Commissioner Tags or needing info about the Banquet and other events please visit our website at www.arizonaelksociety.org.  If you are interested in a Corporate Table at the Banquet, please contact Cookie Nicoson at 928-699-9036.
